Founder and President

  • Work has spanned markets across the country: from Seattle, WA to Orange County, CA, from Florida markets up to Boston, MA, and a variety of markets - size, composition, location, demographics - in between.

  • Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from University of Illinois at Chicago.

  • Spends most of his days in Excel, golfing, enjoying Lake Michigan, or admiring Chicagoland’s incredible architecture.

  • Kimberlie brings over 15 years of experience in enhancing professional marketing strategies and elevating brand presence.

  • Has leveraged strategic marketing initiatives and a nationwide professional network into remarkable success for clients small and large alike.

  • Expertise in driving small business excellence through:

    • Performance marketing

  • More than eight years in affordable housing and community development.

  • Work has spanned public, private, and non-profit sectors in the Midwest and East Coast, with a particular focus on financing and developing affordable housing with tax credits.

    • Spanish and Portuguese translation

  • Masters in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University.
